Obedience Group Classes
We offer multiple levels of obedience classes for all ages and skill levels of dog! Classes are a group setting and are 6 weeks long. We offer multiple levels from AKC STAR Puppy classes through AKC Canine Good Citizen and beyond! We focus on building a good relationship between you and your dog that will lead to practical obedience skills for a lifetime!

Agility & Fitness Classes
Our agility classes are for everyone! Designed for handlers & dogs with no experience, our program helps you and your dog develop the skills to compete, or simply have fun in a new way! Agility helps develop a strong bond between you and your dog, and increases the clarity of communication that alows for benefits in all areas of your dog’s life!

Private Classes
One on One training either in home or at our training center. Get training tailored to you and your dog. Training sessions can focus on whatever your needs are, be it behavioral problems or obedience. Email Jenna directly for scheduling and pricing.

Board and Train
Dogs boarding at Monticello have the option to add training sessions to their stay!

Home visits
Every dog and household has it’s own unique needs! Our trainer Jenna offers in-home training for your specific situation. This is a good option for dogs who may not do well in the training facility environment.

Ring Rental
Our training room with rubberized flooring and agility & obedience equipment is available for rent! We offer daytime and evening rental times

Training Program Director
Our trainer, Jenna, is committed to helping you and your dog learn the skills you need to have a happy and healthy companionship. Jenna has experience training over 300 puppies and adult dogs, spanning a wide variety of breeds and behavioral issues. She has her CPDT-KA certification, and is a certified AKC CGC Instructor and AKC FITDOG Instructor. Her dog, Sasha, is a certified National Park “Bark Ranger”! Jenna is committed to force free training, and will never use or encourage the use of pain, punishment, or corrective tools. She believes there is a solution for every dog and their guardian, and sometimes it just takes some work to find what that will look like.

Agility Trainer
Suzi Johnson is our agility trainer, and has many years experience training and competing with her dogs Vivi & Keeper.
